I am passionate about self-discovery and empowering others. I have an eye for what works and sensitivity for what’s not working.

My philosophy is that we are all perfect, whole, and unique. We all have gifts and talents to give to the world.

I am highly intuitive and sensitive to others and help them to express their uniqueness and uncover innate qualities inside and out. I am practical, truthful, and have a common sense approach to life.

My passion is helping clients navigate their life though the myriad of personal and professional challenges.

I’m an image consultant and life coach. You’re probably wondering what the hell does that mean? And how did you get into this?

I have created a unique blend of life coaching and image consulting. I work on the inside and outside of a person. With the inside approach, I work with clients on who they are, where they want to go, their values, their perceived limitations, and I help them get unstuck in order to move forward. With the outside approach, once we know the ‘who’ then I help clients express themselves and share that with the world. I am a spiritual life coach with an eye for clothes, heart of gold, and vault of knowledge and experience to help clients step into their best version of themselves

I work with actors, small business entrepreneurs, and successful individuals who want to update themselves from the inside out. I’ve also helped clients with special events as well as Singles and Dating Market looking to update and step up their image.

My path to here from there – was my own unique journey that helped me be the person I am today.

Growing up in Los Angeles, I was part of a normal, dysfunctional family. Advised by my parents that life wasn’t fair and it was a cruel world out there, I learned to adapt and survive from an early age. As the youngest of 3 children, I felt robbed of any special talent or smart gene, believing I was switched at birth or somehow left on my parent’s doorstep.

Although I lost interest in school and started hanging out with the rough crowd, I gained street smarts and learned how to survive. With my parent’s divorce and my fall-out with my mother, I was kicked out of the house. At 19, I was forced to drop out of college and with no money; I had to get a job, fast.

Quickly taking a job as a button counter in the garment industry, I never thought it would develop into a 20-year career. I learned everything from production to merchandising, and worked my way up from minimum wage to well over a 6-figure salary. Designing for the mass-market category, I worked with majors such as Wal-Mart, Kmart, Sears, JC Penney, and Target that brought my division from 2 million to 40 million in 9 years.

Married to an acting coach for 25 years, it exposed me to clients Jennifer Lopez, The Wayans Brothers, Will Smith, Gerard Butler, LL Cool J, and many more. I was in on the inside watching and learning the business of what it took to become a success actor. Together my former husband and I created a thriving and successful business.

As I continued to work at the acting studio, my husband brought actors to me for styling help for auditions or headshot advise. I brought my talent to actors to help with their image and how to dress for auditions, headshots, and the steps it took to be successful. My talents and intuition for what sells and how to achieve this developed into an image consulting business.

Working with hundreds of actors I began to incorporate life coaching in my sessions. I saw results when I integrated the interior life of the client with the exterior work.

It wasn’t enough to dress them up, but wake them up to their authentic identity.

This is where I discovered my passion in helping and empowering others.

I lived for the a-ha moments.

My spiritual path lead me to the works of Eckhart Toile, Wayne Dyer, Abraham-Hicks, Gregg Branson, David Wilcock, Dr. Sue Morter, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Pema Chodron, Marianne Williamson, Caroline Myss, Jordan Maxell, and many more. I was hungry for answers and self-discovery. I devoured everything to give me clarity, hope and faith.

Obtaining my coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation through the Institute for Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), I feel more empowered to help clients navigate life. iPEC is an International Coach Federation Accredited program with over 340 hours of rigous training and coursework throughout an 8 month period.

Through my training, PHD in life, life challenges and diverse experiences I am able to share deep wisdom with a unique ability to rapidly help guide others. I believe we all have the answers within us and partnering with a trusted coach, the answers will be easily discovered.

I am honored to help those who want to live their truth and who are ready to create the life they desire.
